Your Favorite, Local, Whole Animal Butcher Shop

As whole animal butchers, we work directly with the farmers who raise our animals. These folks are dedicated to humane care of their animals and stewardship of their land. Our farm partners prioritize regenerative agriculture and old world husbandry, which leads to some of the most delicious meat you’ll ever eat.

Butchering is one of the first steps between the farm and the table. The art of butchering is a dying trade that we’re proud to keep alive here in Minneapolis. Our butchers are true artisans – and as whole-animal butchers, we get to utilize everything that our animals have to offer. Every cut counts.
